This is new to me. Sharing my obsession with makeup. lol. So last night I thought about the perfect look "4th of July" which is coming up in a couple of days. I'm not really doing anything special. I think I'm suppose to go to Indiana with my family to visit my dad's side of the family that I haven't seen and some never met in ages. I'm a little iffy about it to be honest, I guess because I'm not really close to some family members and it would just feel awkward for me?
So here is the look I tried to achieve. Using only blues and little white. The palette I used is by NYX a trio eyeshadow palette that you can purchase at www.cherryculture.com The name of the eyeshadow is called Aquamarine. The base on my lids was REVLON's "Twilight" (Plus I like Twilight, the book/movies, etc. So I got it because of the name too, lmao). I used the light frosty slate blueish gray as the base on lids then patted the lightest blue from Aquamarine then added the darker blue along the 'v' of my lids. Then finished it off with LOREAL felt tip eyeliner. The foundation, concealers, etc, that I used was by Maybeline and LOREAL's mineral powder (It feels like Bare Ecentuals, well works like Bare), and the blush was Mati Hair by NARS.

Okay so I blogged about makeup on my Xanga so I decided to move back to my Vox since I think this is a much better place to write. First off, what started this makeup craze? Well to be honest... I've never been open to talk about what I use but since I've been watching so many YouTube video's on Makeup guru's allover the continent and reading their makeup blogs I decided to start one myself over here and not just makeup btw. I wanted to get back into writing about video games as well! So it's not just makeup, lmao.
So.. here's how it started I had extra money to spend so I spent about $118ish on www.eyeslipsface.com AKA "ELF" (cute name! I know!) I bought a shitload of products there but I won't name them all specifically but if you want to see the actual list I did write about it here (http://www.xanga.com/pinaizee) one of my previous blogs has the list on there. But here are 2 pictures that I took the day I got it. It came in a medium sized cardboard box. It was effen heavy but I ripped that thing open because I was excited than a mofo. Lmao.

Foundation: Almay in Natural Matte

Lip color: NYC Sugar lip blam.
RELON'S "Twilight" Quade Creme Eyeshadows.
Very rich in color, a good base to put on FIRST.
Then put on your fav. eyeshadow! And that's that.
Also can be used by itself if you want a natural
look or a nice shimmer to your lids.
This product has some slight wax feel but once
it is pressed to lids it glides on smoothly and
blends well accordingly.
Here is my last haul I got the following week. The shipping took over 2 weeks at the most. I waited patiently and very excitedly for these. I was very satisfied with my order not until THIRD shipment had come in. =[ I contacted seller so hopefully I get a message back later but here I am showing you products I got from this company called MANLY. Don't know why it's called that, lmao. But their eyeshadows are effen amazing! And when I say this, it's because they are SUPER PIGMENTED. If you want rich colors, vibrant and some shimmer and some matte, I strongly recommend these! (www.BF-Beauty.com or if you want cheaper prices try out Ebay. I did research and they sell them on Ebay, their company in smaller companies sell on Ebay also, it is from Hong Kong so you'll have to wait 2 weeks for the product to be delivered! Unless you're in Asia or Hawaii, Alaska or closer to Hone Kong, etc. You get the picture!)

You simply press the tiny button in the front
and it releases open. Very sturdy, has a
handy mirror underneath the lid so you can
bring it anywhere as you like!
Picture 7: This was a bummer! I opened my
package and find that the left side was badly
damaged. It was not their fault it was the
shipping/mailing's fault. The package read in
BOLD fragile/cosmetics. The two yellow's
are crumbled and almost gone! and some
blues underneath the next set was also
chipped in a few areas! =[
LASTLY, Misc. items. Sonia Kashuk eyebrow eyeshadow, 6 LOREAL high pigment eyeshadows my mom picked up for me at the Dollar Tree store and NYC bronze power that I love!
Oh yeah and.. =] Today I'm wearing Midnight Fever by LOREAL pigments, NYX Eyeliner in black, Hollisterco's Mango lipgloss, Cover girls Tan foundation, Maybeline's Natural concealer, Manly's black eyeshadow and NARS blush in Mati Hari.
